Muirne Wall runs in a try against Ulster.
The Vodafone Women’s Interprovincial Championship will reach a dramatic climax on Saturday at Energia Park (KO 7.30pm, live on TG4) as Munster and Leinster go head-to-head in a direct shootout for this year’s title.
Both sides have enjoyed two wins a piece so far in this Interpro campaign but Munster lead Leinster in the table by one point thanks to their back-to-back bonus point victories.
Ahead of Saturday’s eagerly anticipated clash, we spoke to Munster players Rachel Allen and Muirne Wall who gave us their thoughts ahead of the clash with Leinster while also reflecting on the campaign so far.
The province continued their excellent start to the Championship thanks to a hard-fought 31-7 victory over Connacht in Musgrave Park last weekend.
