Team News & Stream | Munster Juniors Against Ulster

The Munster Junior side, supported by the Patrons Future Programme, has been named to face Ulster in Round 2 of the Junior Interprovincial series on Saturday at Ennis RFC (2.30pm).

Last week, Munster came from behind to draw against defending champions Leinster in Kilkenny RFC. Read the match report here.

The Munster Junior squad is led by head coach Eoin O’Connor with Tadhg Bennett, Brandon Shanahan, Mike Kelly and Mike Calnan as assistant coaches and Tony Daly as Team Manager.

After this weekend’s clash with Ulster in Ennis, Munster welcome Connacht to Old Christians RFC on Saturday May 11th.

There are three changes to the team which drew with Leinster last weekend as St Mary’s RFC’s Sean Duggan, Kilfeacle & District’s Kevin Kinane and Liam Treacy of Newcastle West RFC come into the side with Kinane having captained the Munster Juniors in 2022 when they won the series.
