Club Presidents Reception in Thomond Park

On Saturday evening Munster Branch President Nicholas Comyn hosted a reception for all Munster Club Presidents in the newly revamped Thomond Park before the Munster v Glasgow game.

Also in attendance were IRFU Domestic Game Manager Scott Walker, IRFU Domestic Game Chairman Finbarr Crowley and Munster Branch Vice President Declan Madden.

The purpose of the evening was to show our appreciation to the Clubs for their hard work and to also offer an opportunity for Club Presidents to meet members of the Domestic Game Committee and Staff.

Nicolas Comyn, Munster Branch President, addressed the group and outlined the new Domestic Game Programme and improved work service that is being implemented over the current season.

The new improved Branch directory was launched on the evening and this is currently being distributed to Clubs.

The evening was a huge success and the Domestic Game Department and Committee look forward to working closely with Club’s over the forthcoming season.

Provincial Domestic Game Manager Ultan O’ Callaghan, IRFU Domestic Game Chairman Finbarr Crowley, Munster Branch Vice President Declan Madden and IRFU Domestic Game Manager Scott Walker all display the new Munster Branch directory.

Club Development Manager Damon Urlich, IRFU Domestic Game Manager Scott Walker, Provincial Domestic Game Manager Ultan O’ Callaghan and Provincial Development Manager Paul Collins make a presentation to West Clare Warriors Club President David Hillery on their recent affiliation to the Munster Branch.

Regional Development Officer John Lacey, IRFU Domestic Game Chairman Finbarr Crowley, and Munster Branch Vice President Declan Madden make a presentation to East Clare Eagles President John Noonan on their recent affiliation to the Munster Branch.
