Cork Hellhounds RFC, supported by Munster Rugby, hosted a Pride Tag Rugby Tournament on Saturday in Musgrave Park which saw eight teams compete on the day.
The tag rugby tournament coincided with Cork Pride Week and the aim of the event was to celebrate inclusivity and community in addition to providing a platform for people to try out tag rugby for the first time.
Munster Rugby development staff also held an ‘Intro to Rugby’ workshop before the matches kicked off.

We spoke to vice-president of Cork Hellhounds RFC, Scott De Buitléír, during the event on Saturday and he provided an overview of the Pride Tag Rugby Tournament while also explaining what the club wanted to achieve from the day.
