With the 2026 PwC Age-Grade Interpros only around the corner each of the squads are hard at work in their respective training facilities.
This month, all squads participated in residential camps at the University of Limerick which involved the use of the facilities in the High Performance Centre which included pitch sessions and gym work in addition to workshops around nutrition and sports psychology.
We caught up with Munster U18 Girls Head Coach, Damien Hicks, to learn more about what the girls got up to during their residential camp and how preparations for this year’s competition have been going so far.
