The #MunsterStartsHere video series has returned and once again highlights the fantastic work that goes on behind the scenes to develop the game across the province.

The videos showcase the key roles played by clubs and schools when ensuring the development of age-grade structures and community programmes.

Crescent College Comprehensive feature in this week’s video with a spotlight on the school’s rugby programme and how the players and coaches navigated the challenges arising from the pandemic.

The school’s rugby programme has been reformed recently with a greater emphasis on an alignment of philosophies from a playing and coaching perspective through all age groups.

Senior coach Ian Sherwin and Munster Rugby CCRO Matt Brown both explain the pride they have in the playing group for how they remained committed and motivated throughout the uncertainties which arose over the last 12 months.
