KILLORGLIN RFC
Aidan Clifford PRO

Membership for Killorglin Rugby Club has opened for the 2007/08 season. Killorglin RFC always welcomes new members, both playing and non-playing, to follow the ongoing development of the club as it has been promoted to Junior League 1 status this year. For a club that reformed only eight years ago, this is a great achievement. A full membership of the club costs €30, a family membership costs €50, and juvenile membership costs €10. The club would also like to meet anybody interested in under-age coaching. Anybody interested in becoming a member can contact club PRO Aidan Clifford at 0879065927, or alternatively leave a message with club secretary Madeline Foley (066) 9762102.
Tag Rugby has begun for this summer. It takes place every Tuesday evening at 7pm, in the Dragon’s Den All-weather pitch. This non-contact form of the sport is a fun way of staying fit, and offers a great social outlet also. Both men and women are invited to play.

CARRICK ON SUIR RFC
Collie Bartley PRO

Carrick RFC ready to roll.

Carrick rugby club is putting the call out to all the players and people who are interested in playing this year, to was their kit and prepare for training

After a meeting of minds and captains last week, it was decided to start training for next season on Wednesday July 11. It will be intensive training, but as people need to enjoy the good (sic) weather we are presently having, it will be an hour session and no more.

Players are asked on the night to bring all contact details including e-mail addresses, as the club are intending on utilising the cyber sphere in many ways this year, so be prepared.

Anybody interested in getting involved can call Colin Bartley on 052 87000 between 9am and 6pm or contact any committee members for details of planned training sessions.

All new players are welcome and the club and players will try and make all new recruits as welcome and accommodated as is possible. Go on, give it a go!
