Clayton Hotels Munster Schools Junior Cup Semi-Final Draw

Presentation Brothers College will contest an all-Cork semi-final, while Crescent and Castletroy make a Treaty derby in the second semi.

The draw for the Clayton Hotels Munster Schools Junior Cup was made earlier on completion of the Presentation Brothers College v St Munchin's College quarter-final refixture at Irish Independent Park.

Like the Senior competiton, the two semis see derbies in Cork and Limerick, with the venue and times for these clashes to be finalised next week.

PBC, who face Bandon Grammar in the Senior semi at Irish Independent Park on Wednesday 1st March at 2pm, have drawn old rivals Christian Brothers College in the penultimate stage. With Christians comfortably beating Ardscoil Rís in last week's quarter-final, it's sure to be an exciting match.

The other semi-final sees Crescent, who comfortably defeated Rockwell 21-5 last week at Clanwilliam, facing off against fellow Limerick outfit Castletroy, who overcame St Clement's with three converted tries at the University of Limerick 17-7.

The times and venues for both semi-finals will be announced in due course.

The finals of both Senior and Junior competitions will be held on St Patrick's Day – Friday, March 17.
