The Ulster Bank All Ireland League resumes after the International break with a full programme of games across all five divisions.

In Division 1A, Young Munster, who have slipped to fourth following their 15-12 home defeat by Dublin University last time out, travel to the Capital to take on defending champions Clontarf, who are second. Clontarf defeated Garryowen 39-10 at Dooradoyle and they will be looking to avenge October’s 28-18 defeat by Young Munster in Limerick.

Third-placed Cork Constitution entertain Garryowen, who are hovering above the drop zone. The Lilywhites defeated Lansdowne 39-10 at the Aviva Stadium last time out and Garryowen were defeated at home by Clontarf. The Sky Blues ran out 16-13 winners when these sides met at Dooradoyle.

Promotion-chasing UL Bohemian are away to Old Wesley, who are joint third in Division 1B. The Limerick side ran out 29-21 winners when these sides met in at the 4G Pitch in UL. Both sides recorded victories last time out and the Limerick side will have their work cut out as four points separate these sides, with Old Wesley looking to maintain their outside promotion challenge.

UCC make the long trip to County Antrim for their mid-table clash with Ballymena. The Students recorded a narrow 18-17 victory when these sides met at the Mardyke.

Shannon, who are hovering above the drop zone, welcome Ballynahinch to Thomond Park. The Limerick side will be looking to take another step closer to safety and avenge October’s 18-12 defeat when these sides met in County Down.

Dolphin travel to Galway to take on Galwegians at Crowley Park, with both sides occupying the relegation places. Dolphin will be aiming to make it two wins out of two as they defeated Galwegians 27-18 when these sides met at Irish Independent Park.

The game of the day in Division 2A sees Nenagh Ormond and Highfield locking horns at New Ormond Park. Highfield are second and chasing a third successive promotion, four points clear of the North Tipperary side with whom they drew 16-16 at Woodleigh Park.

Sunday’s Well, who are hovering above the drop zone entertain Belfast Harlequins at Irish Independent Park. The Leesiders will be looking to grind out a valuable win in their bid to avoid relegation and record their second victory over the Belfast side.

Cashel, who have climbed up to sixth following a recent run of three successive wins, travel to Galway to take on Corinthians, who are second form bottom. The Tipperary side will be looking to take another step closer to safety by avenging October’s 38-15 defeat when these sides met at the Spafield.

Fourth-placed Old Crescent take on Wanderers, who are third in Division 2B at the Aviva Stadium. The Limerick side recorded a 24-16 win over Wanderers at Rosbrien.

Thomond, who are propping up the table, host fellow strugglers City of Derry, with whom they played out a 13-13 draw on Foyleside.

In Division 2C, Kanturk will be looking to make the most of home advantage count in a bid to avoid a return to Junior ranks as they welcome second-placed Sligo to Duhallow. Kanturk were defeated 41-0 by leaders Navan in County Meath last time out and they were defeated 39-8 when they met Sligo at Strandhill in October.

Midleton, who recorded their first win since November last time out, travel to Magherafelt to take on Rainey Old Boys, who are eight points adrift of Sligo in third place. This will be a tough assignment for the East Cork side as they were defeated 23-11 when they met the County Derry side at Towns Park

Bruff are at home to Seapoint, by whom they were defeated 31-10 in Killiney, in a mid-table clash.
