Team News | Munster Side Named For Leinster Clash In Cork

The Munster team has been named for Saturday’s Vodafone Women’s Interprovincial Round 2 clash with Leinster in Virgin Media Park (4.45pm).

There are two changes to the side which beat Ulster last weekend with Dorothy Wall and vice-captain Aoife Corey coming into the starting fifteen.

There is an unchanged front-row with Siobhán McCarthy packing down with hooker Beth Buttimer and Éilis Cahill.

Wall comes into the side at second-row where she will partner last week’s Player of the Match Claire Bennett.

Clodagh O’Halloran moves to the back-row where she will be joined by Jane Clohessy and captain Chloe Pearse.

Muirne Wall and Kate Flannery continue at scrum-half and out-half while Enya Breen and Stephanie Nunan renew their centre partnership from last week.

Corey comes in at full-back with Alana McInerney and Chisom Ugwueru completing the back-three.

Caitriona Finn is in line to make her senior Munster debut after being named among the replacements.
