Munster Coach Development recently hosted their first junior rugby coaching workshop of the new year at Killorglin RFC, as part of a series of workshops designed to aid coaches with rugby development.

A total of 30 players from U14 and U16 levels were involved in a series of drills at the Kerry club, which focused on the intricacies of the breakdown and were led by Munster Community Rugby Officer, Ray Gadsden.

Coaches also availed of the opportunity to develop their coaching skills and took part in a Q&A feedback session with a number of their players in attendance for the practical session.

The workshop was held as part of a series for all levels of coaching which runs throughout the season.
