Kanturk RFC Host Breakdown Workshop

Munster Coach Development recently hosted a workshop at Kanturk RFC, as part of a series designed to aid mini and youth coaches with the breakdown area.

Members of the Kanturk senior team were involved in a series of drills at the Cork club, which focused on the intricacies of the breakdown and led by Munster Coach & Player Development Officer, Ken O’Connell.

Coaches also availed of the opportunity to develop their coaching skills and took part in a Q&A feedback session with a number of their players in attendance for the practical session.

The workshop was held as part of a series for all levels of coaching which runs throughout the season.
