BOI Munster U18 & U16 Cup Round-Up

The Bank of Ireland Munster Club U18 and U16 competitions are in full flow with another round of games taking place last weekend in the Cup, Plate and Bowl.

Sunday's Well got their first win of the campaign in the only game played in Group 1 after a 28-15 victory against Kanturk on Saturday.

Ennis, Midleton and Tralee all came out on top in their Group 2 clashes with the former pair leading the way in the group with two wins from two.

Defending champions Waterpark head Group 3 after an impressive 43-22 win at home to Newcastle West-Estuary at the weekend.

Skibbereen, Cobh Pirates and Killorglin lead the way in Group 1 of the U16 Cup with each team on eight points. Skibb defeated Killorglin at the weekend as Cobh made it two wins from two thanks to a 12-7 home win over Dungarvan.

Galbally are top of Group 2 with two wins from two with Old Christians in second place after a win and a draw. Galbally defeated Kinsale 9-0 at the weekend, Tralee beat Clonmel, and Young Munster drew 8-all with Old Christians.

In Group 3 of the U16 Cup, defending champions Waterpark won 28-0 in Mallow and Castleisland are also going well with a 17-5 win in Ballincollig. Ennis recorded their first victory thanks to a 19-0 win in Clanwilliam.
