Munster A will travel to face Doncaster Knights in the quarter final of the B&I Cup on the weekend of January 23/24/25. Today’s draw followed Munster A’s bonus point win away to Moseley on Saturday – see the action shots and video highlights here.

Castle Park with host Munster A’s away British and Irish Cup quarter final against Doncaster Knights. Having made a successful return to the English Championship in September, Knights along with Worcester Warriors and Bristol were one of only three clubs to complete a clean sweep of wins in the pool stages of the competition.

With the weekend of the quarter-final already set, a date and kick off time will be confirmed in due course.

An impressive bonus point win over Moseley at Billesley Common on Saturday saw Munster A run in four tries – through Darren Sweetnam, Shane Buckley, Ned Hodson and David Johnston – and secure a place in the knock-out stages under their own steam and not dependent on the results of others.

The game also featured three conversions and three penalties from the accurate boot of Rory Scannell.
