Munster Lead At Half Time

Four first half penalties from out-half Paul Warwick has Munster leading Connacht 12-0 at rain swept Musgrave Park this evening.
Munster had the rain and the strong wind at their backs in that opening half but copuld not penetrate a stubborn Connacht defence also camped on their line on more than one occasion.
Connacht lost their second row David Gannon to the sin bin in the 35 minute yet showed enough flair in their backline to ensure that Munster will need to reproduce their very best in the second half if they are to take the points from this one.
