The third series of games in the Men’s All-Ireland League is down for decision this weekend.

In Division 1A, Cork Constitution travel to North Tipperary to take on Nenagh Ormond. The Lilywhites claimed maximum points last time out, as they defeated Terenure College 42-14 on Leeside, to climb up to third. Nenagh Ormond, who are propping up the table, are still seeking their first points, following their 45-22 defeat by UCD in Dublin.

Young Munster, who have slipped to second from bottom, travel to the Capital to take on defending champions Clontarf. Young Munster are seeking their first win as they claimed a losing bonus point from their 15-8 defeat by St Mary’s College in Limerick. Clontarf narrowly defeated Lansdowne 20-17 in a Dublin derby, to record their first win of the campaign.

Highfield, who have climbed up to third, following their 27-15 bonus point victory over Blackrock College in Dublin, welcome City of Armagh to Leeside, in Division 1B. The Ulster side also claimed maximum points from their 28-19 home win over Dublin University.

UCC, who are hovering above the drop zone, face a tough assignment, as they travel to the Capital to take on Old Wesley. The Leeside Students were defeated 33-17 by leaders Instonians at the Mardyke. The Dublin side have climbed up to second following their maximum point 33-15 victory over Naas in County Kildare.

Garryowen, who have climbed up to fourth, following their 17-17 draw with Queen’s University in Belfast, face a tricky task as they entrain leaders Instonians at Dooradoyle. The Belfast side are in pole position, following their 33-17 bonus point victory over UCC on Leeside.

Old Crescent, who have climbed up to third in Division 2A, welcome Greystones, who are hovering above the drop zone, to Takumi Park. The Limerick side recorded an 18-10 victory over Cashel in the Premier County last time out. The County Wicklow side go into the tie on the back of a 22-12 away defeat to Ballymena.

Cashel, who have slipped to fifth, face a tricky task, as they entertain leaders MU Barnhall at the Tipperary venue. Cashel were defeated 18-10 at home by Old Crescent in their last game. The County Kildare side go into the tie on the back of a maximum point 24-17 home win over Shannon.

Shannon lock horns with Banbridge in a basement clash at Thomond Park, with both sides seeking their first win of the campaign. Shannon returned from County Kildare with their second losing bonus point from their 24-17 defeat by MU Barnhall. The County Down side are propping up the table on zero points, following their 18-7 home defeat by Wanderers.

In Division 2B, UL Bohemian are locked in a three-way tie with Galwegians and Sligo at the top of the table, but behind both on scoring differences. They travel to Athlone, to take on ninth placed Buccaneers, who are seeking their first points. The Limerick side claimed all points on offer from their 25-17 home win over Skerries last time out. The Athlone side were defeated 29-12 away by Sligo.

Division 2C leaders Thomond, who have maximum points from their games to date, entertain Dolphin at Liam Fitzgerald Park. The Limerick side ran out 29-5 away winners over Ballyclare last time out. Dolphin have moved up to fifth place, as they claimed all points on offer from their 32-19 victory over Clonmel on Leeside.

Midleton welcome Ballyclare to East Cork. Midleton returned with a losing bonus point from their 22-17 defeat by Bective Rangers in Dublin. The County Antrim side go into the tie on the back of a 29-5 home defeat by Thomond.

Bruff, who have climbed up to seventh following their maximum point 28-19 home win over Monkstown, welcome Bective Rangers, who have climbed up to third, to County Limerick. The Dublin side go into the tie on the back of a narrow 22-17 home win over Midleton, where they claimed all points on offer.

Clonmel welcome bottom side Malahide to South Tipperary. Clonmel were defeated 32-19 by Dolphin on Leeside last time out. Malahide picked up their only point to date from their narrow 19-17 home defeat by Belfast Harlequins.

JUNIOR PREVIEW

Action continues this weekend across all three Divisions of the Men’s Munster Junior League.

On Saturday evening, Richmond welcome Skibbereen to Canal Bank, with both sides seeking their first win of the campaign. Richmond picked up their only point to date from their narrow 27-22 defeat by Newcastle West in West Limerick. Skibbereen returned from West Tipperary with two bonus points from their narrow 38-37 defeat by Kilfeacle in a 12-try thriller, where they scored six tries.

Sunday’s Well, who share pole position with Clonakilty and Kilfeacle, welcome Bandon to Virgin Media Park. Sunday’s Well defeated Muskerry 40-6 in Mid Cork last time out, to record their second bonus point win. Bandon calmed a losing bonus point from their 26-22 home defeat to St Mary’s.

St Mary’s lock horns with Kilfeacle at MultiFlow Park. The Limerick side recorded a narrow 26-22 away win over Bandon last time out. Kilfeacle, who have maximum points from their games to date recorded a narrow 38-37 victory over Skibbereen in West Tipperary.

Clonakilty, who are locked in a three-way tie at the top of the table with Kilfeacle and Sunday’s Well, go head to head with Mallow at the North Cork venue. Clonakilty go into the tie on the back of a 31-18 bonus point home win over Kanturk. Mallow returned with a losing bonus point from their 21-15 defeat by Thurles in the Premier County.

Old Christians entertain Muskerry in a Cork derby at Rathcooney. Old Christians recorded their first win last time out as they claimed maximum points from their 30-26 victory over Clanwilliam in Tipperary Town. The Sky Blues are propping up the table on zero points following their heavy 40-6 home defeat by Sunday’s Well.

Kanturk host Clanwilliam at the Duhallow venue. Kanturk were defeated 31-18 by Clonakilty in West Cork last time out. Clanwilliam claimed their first two points of the season from their narrow 30-26 home defeat by Old Christians, as they scored four tries.

Newcastle West welcome Thurles to West Limerick, with both sides going into the tie on the back of their first victories of the campaign. Newcastle West ran out 27-22 home winners over Richmond, while the Tipperary side defeated Mallow 21-15 in the Premier County.

The game of the day in Division 2 takes place in Ballinakill as Waterpark lock horns with St Senan’s. Both sides share pole position with Kinsale, as they are tied on ten points each. Waterpark recorded a narrow 29-24 away win over Charleville to claim maximum points. The Clare side also claimed all points on offer as they ran out 43-21 home winners over Abbeyfeale.

Kinsale go head to head with Youghal in South Cork. Kinsale recorded a narrow 45-40 victory over Ennis in a 12-try thriller, in which the South Cork side ran in seven tries, in the Banner County. Youghal go into the tie on the back of a 29-23 home defeat by Ballincollig, where the East Cork side claimed a losing bonus point.

Ballincollig, who recorded their first win of the campaign as they defeated Youghal 29-23 in East Cork, to claim maximum points, will have their work cut out, as they entertain Crosshaven at Tanner Park. The Seasiders recorded a comprehensive 63-7 home win over Fethard last time out.

Carrick-on-Suir face a tricky task, as they welcome Ennis to Tybroughney. Carrick-on-Suir go into the tie on the back of a 29-19 maximum point away win over Cobh Pirates. Ennis were narrowly defeated 45-40 by Kinsale in a game which produced 12 tries at the Clare venue. The Banner County side claimed two bonus points, as they scored five tries.

Fermoy, who claimed their first points from their 28-28 draw with Castleisland at the Showgorunds, entertain Charleville, in a North Cork derby. Fermoy claimed a bonus point, as they scored four tries. Charleville go into the tie on the back of a narrow 29-24 home defeat by Waterpark.

Castleisland and Fethard go in search of their first win in the Kingdom. Castleisland returned from their 28-28 draw with Fermoy with a bonus point, as they scored four tries. The South Tipperary side are on zero points following their 63-7 away defeat by Crosshaven.

Abbeyfeale and Cobh Pirates are also without a win and they go head to head in West Limerick. Abbeyfeale were defeated 43-21 by St Senan’s in the Banner County last time out. The Pirates are seeking their first points, following their 29-19 home defeat by Carrick-on-Suir.

The top of the table clash in Division 3 is a Kingdom derby between Tralee and Killarney at O’Dowd Park. Both sides claimed maximum points from their respective openers. Tralee recorded a 36-22 away win over Killorglin, while Killarney ran out 29-10 home winners over Galbally-Mitchelstown.

Scariff, who share top spot with Tralee and Killarney, welcome Killorglin to East Clare. Scariff claimed all points on offer as they defeated Corca Dhuibhne, scoring seven tries in an 11-try thriller in Tralee. Killorglin claimed a bonus point from their 36-22 home defeat by Tralee as they scored four tries.

Douglas, who ran out 13-7 home winners over Dungarvan at Castletreasure, are away to Bantry Bay. Bantry Bay go in search of their first points, following their 14-5 away defeat by Waterford City.

Galbally-Mitchelstown go in search of their first points, following their 29-10 defeat by Killarney in the Kingdom, as they entertain Waterford City. The Suirsiders go into the tie on the back of a 14-5 home win over Bantry Bay.

Dungarvan and Corca Dhuibhne go in search of their first win at the West Waterford venue. Dungarvan returned from their 13-7 defeat by Douglas at Castletreasure with a losing bonus point. The West Kerry Gaeltacht side also claimed a losing bonus point from their 45-22 defeat by Scariff at Tralee, as they scored four tries.

There is one semi-final tie down for decision in Munster Women’s Division 2 Cup as Thurles entertain Mallow in the Premier County. The winners will meet Ballincollig, UL Bohemian or Midleton in the decider.
