Waterford City RFC Host Coaching Workshop

The Munster Rugby Development Department recently held a coaching workshop at Waterford City RFC earlier this month.
A total of 17 coaches from five local rugby clubs developed their coaching skills during the session.
The workshop was facilitated by Munster’s Coach and Player Development Officer, Brendan O’Connor, with a focus on catch / pass and evasion skills.
The workshop began with a classroom presentation before a pitch session with the Waterford City U16 team.
