Representative Action

All representative squads have one remaining warm-up fixture ahead of the Interprovincial Series 2014 beginning this September.

The Munster Under 20’s travel to France today to take part in a rugby tournament where they face Clermont tomorrow, 26th August and go on to play Leicester and international side Georgia.

Following their return on Saturday, 30th August, next up is their opening interprovincial match away to Leinster on Friday evening, 5th September.

After an impressive 60-17 winning performance against Connnacht last Friday at Thomond Park, the Munster U18 Schools will set off to Sousons, France this week-end where they take on Aquitane on Saturday, 30th August.

The squad will meet Connacht for a second time this season in the opening game of their interprovincial campaign at the Sportsground on Wednesday, 10th September.

Munster U19's, who travelled to Wales last week with the Munster 18 Clubs squad, overcame their hosts Cardiff by a 24-20 margin at the Arms Park last Friday.

Next up for the squad is their final warm up match against the Cork Constitution U20 side at Temple Hill this Friday, 29th August (kick-off 7pm).

Their interprovincial campaign begins on Saturday, 6th September when they travel to Templeville Road to take on hosts Leinster.

Following two excellent warm up matches on tour against Welsh sides Cymoedd and Cowbridge last week, the Munster U18 Clubs will complete their warm up fixtures on Wednesday, 3th September against the Munster Under 17 Development side (venue TBC).

The Munster U18 Clubs will then travel to Connacht on Saturday, 13th September in their first interprovincial match at the Sportsground in Galway (kick-off 1.30pm).
