Preparations Continue For Munster Development Sides

The Munster U17 and U18 Development Squads recently took on their Connacht counterparts at Garryowen FC in a series of training matches.

Both Munster squads played two 50 minute matches as part of their ongoing Player Development Programme ahead of this year's Interprovincial series.

The Munster Regional Development programme will continue on a weekly basis within the four regions including skill development and strength & conditioning training modules.

The Munster U18 development squad will undergo continuous screening until Easter at which time Head Coach Brendan O’Connor will finalise his squad for the interprovincial series.

A ‘talent identification’ process has also been put in place where players are being identified during this season’s Bank Of Ireland Munster U16 and U18 club competitions.
