Munster Rugby Host Scrum & Lineout Workshops

As part of the coach development programme Munster Rugby will be hosting four Scrum and Lineout Workshops over the coming weeks for coaches at Under 15 level through to adult rugby.

The workshops will run in conjunction with the Coach Development initiative following the successful nutrition seminars recently held in Cork and Limerick.

Former Munster Rugby professional players will host the workshops which commence on Wednesday, 25th November at Limerick Institute of Technology.

Workshops will include Strength & Conditioning, Laws of the Game, Backline Attack and Skills Development modules followed by a questions and answers forum.
