Lep Rugby Day for Girls Secondary Schools

Munster Rugby recently held a girls Leprechaun Rugby day for secondary school pupils attending Salesians Pallaskenry, Villiers Limerick, St Anne’s Killaloe and St Mary’s Corbally.

The girls ranged in age from U15 and U18 and were coached by Munster Community Rugby Officers Amanda Greensmith and Euan Gee.

Specific attention on the day was spent on their technical skills focusing on catch and pass techniques and decision making during play.

The girls completed the day by applying their new skills during a series of games and look to continue their rugby development at their respective schools.
