Copeswood Gaels Host Lep Rugby Blitz

Munster Rugby recently hosted a Leprechaun Rugby Blitz for primary school pupils at Copeswood Gaels RFC in Pallaskenry.

Over 100 boys and girls from Kildimo, Pallaskenry, and Killcornan schools took part on the day.

The purpose of the blitz is to bring schools across Limerick together so that children from a variety of backgrounds are given the opportunity to form a link with sports clubs within their own area.

Munster Rugby would like to thank Tony Hannan and Anthony O’Donovan of Copeswood Gaels RFC for the use of the club facilities and also congratulate the teachers and players for making the blitz a success.
