Highfield Coaches S&C Workshop

Munster Rugby coach development department recently co-ordinated a Strength and Conditioning workshop for Highfield RFC coaches

Munster Rugby's Strength and Conditioning Education Manager Feargal O'Callaghan facilitated the discussion addressing the core elements of S&C 'best practice' across all age grades.

Over 20 coaches from mini to adult coaching levels attended the workshop and interacted in the discussions primarily focusing on strength, speed and fitness.

This workshop was a follow on from the successful S&C Conference held at UCC Mardyke Arena last February.
