Disability Inclusion Workshop

The Munster Rugby Development Staff recently attended a Disability Inclusion Training Workshop in CIT as part of the emerging IRFU initiative on Disability Rugby, in partnership with CARA.

The intention of the training day, which was attended by 21 Development Staff, is to improve staff ability to work with and advise on coaching rugby to people with disabilities.

The programme will help staff contribute to the development of an IRFU resource for clubs and schools who may deliver Disability Rugby through the ‘rugbyfication’ of the generic CARA training materials.
