Tonight's webinar will focus on athletic development following the long lay-off for players.
The Munster Rugby Development Department are hosting an athletic development webinar tonight (Wednesday) at 7pm with Ged McNamara.
Ged is the Lead Athletic Development Coach for the Greencore Munster Rugby Academy and he will be identifying the key principles we have adopted in our return to training programme.
With such a long lay-off, coaches and players need to be aware of the importance of a phased and graduated return.
Please note this webinar will be focussed on coaches of adolescent and adult players primarily.
