Coaching Workshop At Kilrush RFC

Munster Rugby recently held a coaching workshop at Kilrush Rugby Club.
A number of Kilrush coaches were in attendance with players from their Under 15 and Under 16 youths section on hand to assist with the practical module.
Areas focused on included continuity, evasion and decision making through general movement as well as many key elements in general play.
