Munster suffered a 28-34 defeat at home in the URC as Edinburgh ran out deserved winners at Virgin Media Park.
Munster scored four tries and got within seven of Edinburgh as Ian Costello’s side came away with two points.
Next up Munster will take on Glasgow Warriors at Scotstoun Stadium on Friday, March 21, 7.35pm.
