S&C Coach Aidan O’Connell takes us through Week 3 of preseason where things have stepped up a gear. After big lifts, lung busting conditions sessions and a reintroduction to skills and contact, it was off to Lahinch in Co. Clare where the squad enjoyed a dip in the Atlantic as part of their active recovery.
