See again through our action shots and video highlights Munster’s nine try win over Sale Sharks at Thomond Park yesterday, as Axel’s charges finished this season’s Champions Cup campaign on a high.
Following opening half tries from Simon Zebo and Tom Arscott for the hosts and visitors respectively, a gutsy and dedicated performance from Sharks saw them head for the interval trailing by just 3 points.
However the province were soon to wear down the ‘Shark Attack’ and exert dominance up front and out wide, running in 8 tries in the second half through Keith Earls, Simon Zebo, Pat Howard, Andrew Conway (2), Tommy O’Donnell, Duncan Williams and a penalty try.
An impressive performance across the squad, there were notable showings from Ronan O’Mahony on his first European start and Ivan Dineen on his first European appearance.
