Ticket & Match Day Info – Munster V Sale

Munster’s Champions Cup Round 6 game against Sale Sharks takes place on Sunday in Thomond Park – KO 3:15pm. Tickets for this game are still available.

Ticket Information
Tickets for this game are currently on sale from the Ticket Offices in Irish Independent Park and Thomond Park, online by clicking here and at Ticketmaster outlets nationwide.

Tickets will be on sale at the ground on matchday from the Ticket Office in the Fan Zone Plaza from 11am, and from the West Stand Ticket Office from 1.15pm.

Event Information
The Fan Zone Plaza will be up and running from 12pm, the Guinness Dug Out Bar will be open from 1pm, with live music in the Plaza also from 1pm.

The new Munster Rugby Museum will be officially opened by Minister Michael Ring at 12 noon and will be open to the public from 1pm.

There’s lots of activity for all the family and the Bank of Ireland Family Funzone will be open for our younger supporters.

We welcome Irish Yoghurts to Thomond Park. Irish Yoghurts were the winners of Bank of Ireland’s Sponsor for a Day promotion, and their logo will feature on the front of the Munster jersey on the day. Irish Yoghurts will also be giving supporters a chance to taste their produce in the Fan Zone.

Live 95FM will provide the soundtrack and there will be plenty of choice in terms of food and beverages.

Free Munster flags will be given out by the volunteers from the MRSC.

We welcome back Cara O’Sullivan who will perform pre-match alongside the Munster Rugby Supporters Club Choir while The 27 Brass Band will keep things lively during the warm up and again at half time.

At half time Castleisland RFC and Kilfeacle & District RFC U11’s take to the field, and the 27 Brass Band will be back with another performance.

Match programmes will be on sale inside and outside the ground, costing €;5.

The Munster Rugby Stores will be open at the stadium – the East Stand store open from 1pm, and the Mobile unit outside the West Stand from 1.15pm.

Stadium Information
The stadium turnstiles will be open at 1.15pm, with all bars inside the ground open at the same time.

No one will be able to enter the stadium with alcohol or glass and customers will be requested to remove the lids of any soft drink containers on entering the stadium.

Please do not enter the pitch area at any time and adhere to the stadium ground regulations found here.

There will be stewards and security on site to assist you with your enquiries on the day, and to ensure that the event runs smoothly and safely, so please respect their requests.

Parking
Supporters can pre-book their parking online for the Q-Park at Harvey’s Quay online at www.q-park.ie

There is no parking in the vicinity of Thomond Park Stadium.
