Ian Keatley reflects on last weekend’s win over Sale in which he kicked the winning dropgoal, and he looks ahead to Friday night’s first Champions Cup encounter at Thomond Park.

A good week for the Munster out half also saw him included in Joe Schmidt’s Ireland squad for the forthcoming Guinness series following impressive form for Emerging Ireland during the summer and for Munster so far this season.

Along with his injury time dropgoal last Saturday, a flawless placekicking display also saw Keatley land three conversions and one penalty bringing his personal tally to 12 in Munster’s 26-27 win over Sale Sharks in Pool 1 of the Champions Cup.

In our latest video Keatley looks back on Saturday’s win over Sale, praises the wonderful travelling support at the AJ Bell Stadium and discusses the threat posed by Saracens across the park this weekend.
