Thomond Park’s new Fan Zone Plaza
Last Friday marked the beginning of a new matchday experience for Munster fans at Thomond Park. The new Fan Zone Plaza is the ideal meeting point for fans both pre and post-match. Situated right alongside the East Stand, it boasts a wide variety of entertainment, activities, food and beverages for fans of all ages.

Featuring the Bank Of Ireland Family Fun Zone, a refurbished Guinness Dug Out Bar, the revamped and updated Munster Experience Museum, live bands, artisan food stalls and much more, you can view the official opening highlights here…

Irish Independent Park/Musgrave Park redevelopment
This €;3.2m project will see the construction of a new West Sand (increasing the stadium's overall capacity to 9,500), a new covering on the existing East Terrace, and a major overhaul of facilities for both fans and players alike.

With Irish Independent Park set to host four Guinness PRO12 games post-Christmas, you can view the construction progress to date here…
