Mini & Foundation Coaching Course A Success

Munster’s Rugby development department ran both a Mini and Foundation coaching course at CSN, Cork last week-end with over 80 underage club coaches in attendance.
The two day course held both indoor and outdoor modules focusing on key factor analysis, organising and planning a session, technical skills, physical literacy and individual skills.
