B&I Cup – Munster v Cornish Pirates on Friday night in Clonmel RFC where the “A” side suffered a last minute 6-10 defeat to Pirates when referee Ian Tempest awarded a penalty try to the visitors. VIew the gallery here.
Heineken Cup – Munster v Northampton Saints on Saturday night in Thomond Park Stadium where Munster recorded an opening round victory in the Heineken Cup when Saints were pipped at the post by a Ronan O'Gara dropgoal. Check out the pictures here.
