Ireland A Lead At The Break

A penalty try converted by Johnny Sexton and s superb earlier score from Kieran Lewis, created by Keith Earls has Ireland leading the US 12-6 at half time in the Churchill Cup game in Kingston
The Lewis score came in the 11th minute after Earls had cut inside of out-half Sexton and then straightened to rupture the US defence.
Mike Hercus reduced the deficit with a penalty in the 22nd minute, after an earlier miss, but then the dominant Ireland scrum forced the penalty try that Sexton added to before Hercus was on the mark again in the 33rd minute
