Five Changes For Munster

Munste coach Declan Kidney makes five changes, one positional, from the side that played Ospreys, for the Magners League clash with Llanelli Scarlets in Musgrave Park on Saturday evening (7.30pm).

Just one of those changes is in the backline where Ronan O’Gara starts having come off the bench against Ospreys at the Liberty Stadium.

Up front Marcus Horan and John Hayes return to the front-row while Mick O’Driscoll is another who returns from injury to partner Donncha O’Callaghan in the second row.

Donnacha Ryan, who scored a fine try against the Ospreys switches to blindside wing forward in the absence of Alan Quinlan, Quinlan suffering from the effects of a bout of pneumonia.

Meanwhile, Llanelli Scarlets have rested their star names for the trip to Cork. The likes of Simon Easterby, Stephen Jones, Dwayne Peel, Alix Popham and Regan King have all been held back for the Heineken Cup semi-final against Leicester next weekend.
