There are seven Munster players in Eddie O’Sullivan’s squad of 22 for next Saturday’s interntional against Argentina at Lansdowne Road.

Marcus Horan, Frank Sheahan, John Hayes, Anthony Foley and Alan Quinlan are included up front with Ronan O’Gara and Peter Stringer in the backs. The likelyhood is that four of those – Hayes, Foley, O’Gara and Stringer will feature in the starting line-up with the remainder on the bench as O’Sullivan sticks near enough with the side that delivered that famous win against the Australians.

The only likely change will be on the wing with the unavailability of Denis Hickie paving the way for either Justin Bishop or Geordan Murphy. That change highlights the ill-fortune suuffered by Munster’s John Kelly who came on as replacement for Hickie in the Australian game only to himself suffer a knee injury hat denied him a cap against Fiji and almost certainly another in this game.
