Presentation Brothers College Transition Year Students recently completed a Rugby Coaching Course following 11 weeks of modules tutored by Munster Rugby Coaching Officers.

Richmond also travelled to Belfast and lost a thriller to Academy 20-19. Pat McNamara, Pat Humphries and Gearoid Phelan scored tries for the Limerick side and Darragh Clancy converted two of the tries.
Kilfeacle had the shortest trip of the four Munster sides but they went down to Tullamore 43-7. Pat Ryan scored a try for Kilfeacle which Mark Butler converted.
Tralee suffered the heaviest defeat of the Munster sides when they travelled to Dublin and lost to Coolmine 81-21. Patrick Galvin opened the scoring with a try for Tralee but the Kerry side were 53-7 behind at half time. John Gilmartin and Bryan Mullins scored second half tries and Mullins converted all three.
Dolphin advanced to the final of the Cork Charity Cup with a 34-27 win over Cashel at Musgrave Park after extra time.
Dolphin needed a last minute penalty try which Barry Keeshan converted to send the game into extra time. Harry Fleming scored the only try in extra time and Keeshan converted.
Dolphin’s other try scorer was Willie Devane, Eamon Mills kicked four penalties and Keeshan one before Dolphin’s late revival.
Kevin and Ed Leamy scored tries for Cashel and Darragh O’Brien kicked five penalties and a conversion.
