Scrum half Tommy Duggan and Gavin O’Callaghan scored tries for Pres’ late in the opening half but a Burns penalty tied up the scores on the stroke of half time.
Pres’ hit a purple patch in the third quarter scoring three tries from Matthew Curtin, Ryan Callanan and Peter O’Brien to lead 30-13 with Mark O’Callaghan adding a conversion.
