Australian Rugby International Rocky Elsom visited Tralee IT this month to speak on the benefits of a healthy nutritional diet and the value of good training practices.
Students from Tralee CBS, Tralee IT and members of Tralee Rugby Club were in attendance and listened with interest as Rocky described his life as a professional rugby player while inviting the audience to take part in a questions and answers forum.
Tralee RFCs Jay Galvin and Brendan Kenneally thanked Rocky for an interesting and informative session on behalf of everyone who attended and acknowledged the value of his contributions as a great role model to young people in sport.
