West Cork Mini Coaches Upskill

Munster Rugby recently ran a Mini Rugby Coaching Course for West Cork coaches at Skibbereen RFC.

Mini Coaches from Skibbereen, Bantry and Dunmanway took part in the workshop hosted by Community Rugby Officer Ray Gadsden.

The coaches worked on catch/pass games and then the reduced activities to challenge and improve players. They also focused on the tackle incorporating a practical module with games and related reduced activities.
