On Thursday evening, the home of soccer in Limerick, the Markets Field hosts its first rugby match in 58 years as Young Munster take on a Munster President’s XV in the Sporting Limerick Rugby Charity Night.

The semi-finals of the Cork Charity Cup, take place on Saturday. Holders Cork Constitution are at home to Cashel and Dolphin take on Highfield at Irish Independent Park.

Cashel and Kinsale clash at the Tipperary venue and Kinsale could cause an upset if they hit form.

St. Mary’s travel to Nenagh Ormond with a trip to Galbally in Round 4 for the winners.

Highfield entertain Bruff with a home tie against St. Senan’s awaiting the winners.

Kanturk will hope to follow up last week’s win in Dungarvan with a home win over Tralee.

Crosshaven and Ballincollig renew rivalry again with the Seasiders expected to advance to a home meeting with Clonakilty.
