Skibbereen RFC Coaches Workshop

Munster Rugby recently ran a coaching workshop for U13, U15, U17 and first team coaches in Skibbereen RFC.

The workshop delivered was practical based, and Skibbereen’s first team players were on hand to participate in the activities while their coaches observed.

The content delivered focused on breakdown and continuity development through the game sense approach, the session was followed up by a Q&A with coaches.

Munster Rugby would like to thank Skibbereen’s 1st XV head coach Declan Coppinger for facilitating the workshop and also the Coaches and players that attended on the night.
