Nutritional Tips For A Healthy Summer

As the summer is upon us and the sun is shining at last, eating well, keeping fit and staying well hydrated are key to a healthy lifestyle.

With purposeful training, it is important to pre-fuel in order to maintain energy levels throughout your session, but also to re-fuel by making good food choices post-training. This can be difficult to do if you rely just on your main meals. Healthy snacks are a quick and convenient way to fulfil your energy requirements for between meals, before and after exercise.
