Munster U18 Schools To Face Llondovery

A Munster U18 Schools selection squad will take on Welsh side Llondovery today, 5th April, at Crescent College, Limerick (kick off 2.30pm) in a trial match as part of a final squad selection process.

Head Coach Mark Butler and his management team have a current representative squad of 56 players which they"Glenstal's will reduce to 26 by the end of April at the completion of the selection stage.

A squad of 28 players will compete in today’s friendly while the remaining players will be viewed on Wednesday, 17th April in Wilton, Cork at 7.30pm when they take on the Munster U18 Clubs side.

Following a series of fitness testing and continuous assessment the final Munster U18 Schools selected players will take part in the five week Munster Rugby Talent Camp programme this summer together with the Munster U20, Munster U19 and Munster U18 Clubs representaive squads.

All four squads will take on their provincial counterparts to compete for the Interprovincial Title in September 2013.
