Munster Players Visit Summer Camps Week 1

Week one of the Bank of Ireland Munster Rugby Summer Camps are currently taking place at Bandon and Garryowen rugby clubs.

Boys and girls aged between 6 and 12 years have been enjoying fun rugby activities learning new skills throughout the week.

There was added excitement yesterday when fellow West Cork native and former Bandon Grammar student Darren Sweetnam paid a visit to Bandon rugby club as well as his fellow Munster player Dave O’Callaghan.

""

Munster backs David Johnston and Ronan O’Mahony also took time out from their pre season schedule to visit the participants at the Garryowen camp.

The professional players took the time to participate in some of the games with Munster’s up and coming rugby stars, sign autographs and take part in a question and answers forum.
