Mini Refreshers Course At Kinsale & Skibbereen

Munster Rugby recently hosted a Coaching Refreshers Course at Kinsale and Skibbereen rugby clubs for coaches that have already completed the IRFU Mini Rugby course.
The coaches undertook modules such as Effective Warm-up and General Movement, Strength & Conditioning for mini players as well as Fun Games and Games for Understanding.
