Mini Refreshers Course At Ballincollig RFC

Munster Rugby recently hosted a Coaching Refreshers Course at Ballincollig RFC for coaches that have already completed the IRFU Mini Rugby course.

The coaches undertook modules such as Effective Warm-up and General Movement, Strength & Conditioning for Mini players as well as Fun Games and Games for Understanding.
