Mini Introduction And Refresher Workshop At Clonmel RFC

Munster Rugby recently hosted a Mini Rugby introduction and refresher coaching workshop at Clonmel RFC.
Over 30 coaches from South Tipperary and South East Munster rugby clubs were in attendance focussing on pre match warm up and strength and conditioning modules for underage players.
The workshop also included general movement modules from leprechaun to mini rugby levels of rugby coaching.
Coaches took part in the on-pitch practical element of the workshop and were also tutored on the principles of play at underage level.
