Mini Coaching Course At CSN

Munster Rugby recently held a mini rugby coaching course at CSN Cork.

A total of 40 coaches received accreditation following the two day course which focused on player development at stage 1 of the IRFU LTPD (Long Term Player Development) programme.

Areas covered were physical literacy practise sessions, general movement, unit skills and individual skills for coaches coaching players at age 6 to 12 years.
